Public cohorts are open to individual applicants and run on a fixed quarterly schedule. Corporate-private cohorts are designed for your team only, with customised case studies, flexible scheduling, and on-site or hybrid delivery.
Cybersecurity certification courses (CPT, CRTP, SOC Analyst, CTI) include a proctored examination. Candidates who pass receive a SOFTNET certificate and digital badge. Design and business courses issue a completion certificate.
Yes. All courses support hybrid delivery: in-person at our KL training centre, live virtual classroom, or blended. Labs are accessible via cloud-based virtual environments so online participants get the same hands-on experience.
Cancellations more than 7 days before start date receive a full refund or transfer to a future cohort. Within 7 days, a 50% fee applies. Within 48 hours, the full fee is retained. Corporate-private cohorts follow the terms in the Training Agreement.
