Programme overview

Most companies are using AI. Few are run by it.

Teams have chatbot logins, a few copilots and a pile of disconnected experiments. An Intelligent Enterprise is different: AI is wired into processes, customer journeys and decisions, with clear ownership, measurable returns and controls that satisfy the board, auditors and regulators.

This intensive, hands-on workshop combines technology and governance depth with go-to-market and people leadership. Participants work on their own organisation's processes throughout, so every module ends with an asset they can use on Monday.
