No. Every automation in this course is built with no-code and low-code tools. If you can use WhatsApp and a spreadsheet, you have all the technical skill required. Both formats cover the exact same curriculum — book whatever suits you. The 5 × 90-minute sessions give you time to implement between classes and come back with questions (recommended for most people). The one-day 4-hour intensive suits packed schedules or teams that want everything in a single focused sitting. Either way, you get the same 5 personal support calls, so hands-on help continues well after class ends.

Each enrollee gets five one-on-one live calls, booked whenever you need them during and shortly after the program. Use them to unblock your build, review your automation, or plan your next one. It's the closest thing to having an automation consultant on retainer — included in your USD 99.

Every session is recorded and shared with the cohort the same day. And because you have personal support calls, you can catch up one-on-one on anything you missed.

After enrolling, book your first 90-minute session on the calendar — you'll receive a Google Meet link instantly, and after each class we give you the link to book your next session at a time that suits you. Prefer one sitting? Book the one-day 4-hour intensive instead. Your booking is confirmed once payment is received at least 24 hours before the class (see Terms); unpaid bookings are released to other participants.

No and no. We don't sell any software — you learn on mainstream tools you already have or can sign up for free (AI assistants like ChatGPT and Claude, Google Sheets, WhatsApp, and free-tier automation platforms). Everything is point-and-click, no programming. Most automations in the course run entirely on free tiers; we'll tell you clearly if and when a paid plan is worth it, and that's typically only after your automation is already saving you money.

1. The Programme. AI Automation Mastery is delivered by SOFTNET SDN BHD ("SOFTNET"); trainer: Hamdan Akram. It comprises 5 live sessions of 90 minutes each, or one 4-hour intensive, plus 5 one-to-one support calls.

2. Booking is provisional until paid. A scheduler booking reserves a slot only. Your seat is confirmed when full payment of USD 99 (or the MYR equivalent at the day's rate) is received into SOFTNET SDN BHD, Public Bank 3243 4379 29. If payment is not received at least 24 hours before the first booked class, the booking is automatically cancelled.

3. Proof of payment must be sent via WhatsApp to +60 12-541 2124 stating the participant's full name and booking email.

4. One enrolment, one named participant. The Meet link, materials and support calls are personal and non-shareable. Enrolment may be transferred once, to another named person or to the next intake, with at least 48 hours written notice.

5. Refunds. Fees are non-refundable once the seat is confirmed, except where SOFTNET cancels the programme and cannot offer a replacement date, in which case the undelivered portion is refunded in full.

6. Rescheduling by participant: minimum 24 hours notice, maximum 2 reschedules per enrolment. Late requests and no-shows count as delivered sessions.

7. Support calls are available to paid participants only, one call per scheduler slot, and must be used within 60 days of your final class. Unused calls expire. For one-to-one calls the trainer waits 10 minutes; after that the call is a no-show.

8. Rescheduling by SOFTNET. SOFTNET may reschedule a session due to illness, technical failure or events beyond its control, and will always offer a replacement date.

9. Conduct. Duplicate, fraudulent or abusive bookings will be cancelled and the person may be barred from booking. Disruptive behaviour in class may result in removal without refund.

10. Materials and recordings. All course materials, prompts, templates and session recordings remain the intellectual property of SOFTNET. They are licensed for the participant's own business use only; resale, redistribution or re-teaching is prohibited. Participants may not record sessions.

11. No guarantee of results. Training and guidance are provided in good faith; outcomes depend on your implementation. Nothing in the programme constitutes legal, financial or professional advice.

12. Liability of SOFTNET, in all cases, is limited to the fees you paid.

13. Personal data is used solely to administer enrolment, delivery and payment, in line with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010, and is not sold to third parties.

14. Governing law: Malaysia. The version of these terms in force at the time of booking applies.
